What does my name point to?
Your name starts with your registering wallet as its destination. You can change that address later and add profile records. An app must support ANS to read them.
What will I pay each year?
Names of 5 to 63 characters cost 5 USDC per year. Four characters cost 25 USDC, and three cost 100 USDC. Allow for network fees too. Name lookup gives you a current quote from the contract.
Where will my name work?
Use it in apps that support ANS on Arc mainnet. Other wallets will still need your wallet address. ANS names do not replace web domains or resolve through Ethereum ENS.
How do renewals work?
Add another year from the name’s page. Anyone can pay to extend a registration. If it expires, the name stops resolving, but remains renewable for 90 days before it can be registered again.
